I am Olivia D'Amato, a fine art documentary wedding photographer based in Buffalo, NY, and I have spent the last six years building a practice rooted in gentleness, meaning, and a deep respect for real love as it actually looks.

I have had the privilege of photographing intimate weddings from the shores of the Finger Lakes to the mountains of the Adirondacks.

Olivia is simply the best! She is a family friend of my husband’s for many years so we knew she would take care of us. That was an understatement. Olivia went above and beyond for us! We had our engagement pictures taken with Olivia in Letchworth in 2024 and they were incredible! She made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Olivia is very easy to communicate and gets back to you in a timely manner. We filled out a survey for our wedding and learned more about the style we like for photography. Olivia is very thorough in everything she does.

She made photos painless for my husband and myself - literally I was smiling for hours and my cheeks didn’t hurt at all! Olivia helped us put our timeline for the wedding day together and was very approachable whenever we had any questions. We had so much fun on our wedding day exploring the property of Notting Hill Farm and finding the right spots to take our pictures. Olivia had a 2nd photographer with her, Hayley, and the two of them together worked incredibly.

Many of our family members commented on how great they work together. Olivia was very flexible throughout our wedding day and always ready to take pictures. She did an amazing job capturing all of the photos from our list and even additionals. We know how busy photographers are, especially during wedding season but Olivia sent over 30 sneak peek pictures the day after our wedding and we had our whole wedding album 3 weeks after our wedding! We are OBSESSED with all of our wedding pictures! We would highly recommend Olivia to anyone and we can’t wait to use her again for future milestones in our lives!
