Stately Photos - Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Stately Photos for your wedding photography needs. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging our services. By booking with Stately Photos, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Payment:
To secure our services for your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance can be paid in monthly installments over the course of 12 months , with the final payment due the month before your wedding date before the wedding date.
Payments can be made via check, cash, Honeybook ( credit card).
Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of services.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made 10 months prior to the wedding date may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance, at the discretion of Stately Photos.
Cancellations made less than 6 months before the wedding date will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment.

3. Rescheduling:
In the event that you need to reschedule your wedding, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
A rescheduling fee of $500 may apply.

4. Services Provided:
Stately Photos will provide photography services as outlined in the agreed-upon package.
Any additional services requested on the day of the wedding may incur extra charges.

5. Image Delivery:
Stately Photos will deliver edited high-resolution images within [insert time frame] after the wedding date.
The number of images delivered may vary depending on the package selected.
All images will be delivered digitally via digital album.

6. Image Usage:
Stately Photos retains the copyright to all images taken during the wedding.
Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use and print the images for personal use only.
Clients may not sell or otherwise distribute the images without the written consent of Stately Photos.

7. Model Release:
By engaging our services, you grant Stately Photos permission to use your images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and advertising materials.
If you do not wish to have your images used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before the wedding date.

8. Liability:
Stately Photos will take all reasonable care in capturing and delivering high-quality images.
In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or illness, Stately Photos reserves the right to provide a replacement photographer or reschedule the shoot.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

9. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for photography at the wedding venue.
Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and ensuring that all necessary parties are available for scheduled photos.

10. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NYS.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NYS.

By booking with Stately Photos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
